The Ma-Cho, [1] Mazu or Ma Cho Temple [2] (simplified Chinese: 菲律滨隆天宫; traditional Chinese: 菲律濱隆天宮; pinyin: Fēilǜbīn Lóngtiān Gōng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hui-li̍p-pin Liông Thiⁿ-keng) [3] is a Taoist temple to the Chinese Sea-Goddess Mazu located on Quezon Avenue in Barangay II, San Fernando, La Union in the Philippines.

It looks out on the China Sea and is a place where people of all kinds come to ask for luck from a Chinese Deity named Ma-Cho.

Nestled atop a hill overlooking the beautiful San Fernando Bay of the town of San Fernando, La Union, the Ma-Cho Temple was constructed in honor of Ma-Cho, a Chinese deity of the Sung Dynasty. Ma-Cho hailed from the scenic island of Mo'chow [Meizhou], province of Fukien [Fujian] in Southeastern China.

Hiding in one of the busy city in La Union is an old Chinese temple build atop of the hill of San Fernando overlooking the vast South China Sea. This Taoist temple was built in the 1970s dedicated to the Chinese deity Matzu, a powerful protector of the sea and a patron of fishermen.
