When drawing digitally dpi affects only how precise and small your brush is and how much you can zoom in. if you are saving with bigger dpi and drop it on webtoon it will convertit to 72 and their algorithm may no suit your style - the same goes if you rely on their auto crop function. so its better to crop\slice your comic by yourself.
