Norwegian Olympic medal-winning ski jumpers Marius Lindvik and Johann Andre Forfang and three team officials are provisionally suspended for using manipulated suits to "cheat the system".

Cheating by Norway team officials manipulating ski suits has shaken a national reputation for fair play and high-minded principles at their home Nordic world championships.

Norwegian ski jumpers Marius Lindvik and Johann Andre Forfang were suspended on Wednesday for allegedly manipulating equipment at the world championships in a case described as "extremely disturbing and disappointing".

Ski jumpers Marius Lindvik and Johann Andre Forfang have been provisionally suspended, along with three Norwegian team officials, the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) announced on Wednesday.
