Lou Malnati's is closing three locations in southeast Wisconsin. The Chicago deep dish pizza chain is permanently shutting down take out stores in Greenfield, Oak Creek and Waukesha. The carryout store in Fox Point will stay open as well as its full service sit-down restaurant next to Brookfield Square Mall.
