Samoa Joe returned to AEW after six months on last night's special Maximum Carnage episode of Dynamite, helping allies Hook and Katsuyori Shibata clean house against The Patriarchy.

Samoa Joe would make his way out to the ring and proceed to clear the ring, saving both Hook and Shibata, marking his return after being gone for the last few months.

The former AEW World Champion returned to the company on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite after the Hook vs. Christian Cage match ended in a disqualification. Hook had Cage on the ropes until other members of The Patricarchy got involved on Cage's behalf.

Samoa Joe has returned to AEW after a hiatus of six months. Joe made his return on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, helping Katsuyori Shibata save Hook from an attack at the hands of The Patriarchy.

Samoa Joe made his return to All Elite Wrestling on the January 15th episode of AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage by helping HOOK fight off the combined powers of The Patriarchy.
