Every year, the fêtes, feathers, and festivities of Carnival season draw thousands of locals and visitors to the Caribbean islands.

The next phase of work to improve Veterans Drive on St. Thomas received approval from the St. Thomas Coastal Zone Management Committee Tuesday.

Bastille Day celebrations took place on Monday in the heart of Frenchtown, closing out a weeklong tribute to French heritage on St. Thomas.
