She is the founding cat lady of El Gato Coffeehouse in the Heights. Because she loves animals, she opened a cat cafe in Houston where guests can cuddle, relax, and enjoy the company of cats.

The latest break-in comes nearly two years after El Gato Coffeehouse cat cafe was burglarized. In 2018, more than $200 was stolen and several cats were set free.
