Vehicles from the city of Ellensburg and other public agencies were a big draw for kids young and old during Touch a Truck.

Pennsylvania-based Jesse Shirey found the truck three years ago sitting by a barn surrounded by weeds. Shirey and family rebuilt the rig from the ground up, inside and out.
