Rumors about the New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders possibly trading for Stafford heated up during the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis last week.

There may have been a lot of factors that went into Matthew Stafford's return to the Rams, and one of them was Aaron Rodgers.

Aaron Rodgers (through his agent) reached out to the Giants. With the Rams and Matthew Stafford reaching an agreement that will keep Stafford in L.A., Rodgers's interest in the Giants might be mutual.
