A Dane County Circuit Court judge ruled Monday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name will remain on the November ballot, over his objections.

During an interview on Fox News Channel’s “The Story,” RFK Jr. claimed that the Democratic National Committee’s lawsuit to keep him on the ballot stems from their lack of faith in higher-tier nominees, calling their actions “fundamentally undemocratic.”
