The St. Louis Cardinals may have landed the most pro-ready pitcher in the MLB Draft, and some believe he could reach the major leagues very soon.

On Sunday, USC baseball’s Ethan Hedges was selected in the third round of the MLB draft by the Colorado Rockies. On Monday, two more Trojans heard their names called at the event.

The deal could signal a sweeping series of sell moves by the O's, who now have seven picks in the top 100 on Sunday.
