Nottingham Forest have lodged a complaint to the Premier League regarding Tottenham’s approach for Morgan Gibbs-White. Gibbs-White, who has a £60million release clause in his current contract at the City Ground, was due to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Spurs on Friday.
