Back-to-back games with a home run, and this one nearly left the state of Missouri.On Wednesday night, Kansas City Royals rookie Jac Caglianone pulverized a Bailey Falter sinker over the center field batter's eye at Kauffman Stadium.

"I know this will pass," Jac Caglianone told The Star, later adding, "It's all part of it. There are plenty of better days ahead."

That power flashed big-time on Wednesday, when he crushed a 466-foot homer over the batter's eye off Pittsburgh Pirates starter Bailey Falter. The long ball, measured at 110.8 mph off the bat, put the Royals up 3-0. It was the fourth homer in 32 games of Caglianone's career.
