Residents of Portland, Maine, are upholding the legacy of the city's beloved Valentine's Day Bandit after his death last spring by using hundreds of red hearts to decorate.

PORTSMOUTH – Cupid made an appearance in the city on the eve of Valentine's Day. Someone, or a group of people, blanketed the city with bright red hearts overnight before the holiday Sunday.
