N OBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — A proposed bottled water plant in Noble County appears to be dead in the water after the company behind it withdrew applications for the project.

The study, which originally included a 13-county region to examine future water needs and availability, will now also touch the headwaters of the Wabash River.
