The International Cricket Council (ICC) will start implementing the new playing conditions from next month, including the return to a single ball in the ODIs.

The decision to host the annual ICC conference in Singapore was finalised during recent meetings held in Zimbabwe - first in Harare and later in Victoria Falls.
