Toy safety advocacy group World Against Toys Causing Harm (WATCH) outlined the top ten "worst toys" of 2019, including a Nerf gun and a Yeti doll.

Purely mechanical auto-filling guns also showed up at 2018's Toy Fair and it's probably safe to bet that the feature is only going to become more widespread with time, no batteries required.
