The infamous “Black Ghost” R/T-SE Hemi Challenger four-speed street racer from the streets of Detroit has surfaced at Mecum’s Indy auction to start a new chapter.

It turns out his old man was the driver of the legendary “Black Ghost,” a mysterious souped-up car that was said to appear during illegal street races in Detroit in the 1970s.
