No. 10 OU was throttled by No. 6 Alabama 107-79 in its first true road contest of the season in front of a sold-out crowd at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The Alabama Crimson Tide and Oklahoma Sooners renewed their head-to-head matchup on the hardwood Saturday night, meeting inside of Coleman Coliseum for the first time since the 2017-18 season. However, this meeting was a bit different from the rest, as this version was the first SEC conference game ever between the Crimson Tide and Sooners.

Mark Sears scored a game-high 22 points and dished out 10 assists as No. 5 Alabama cruised to a 107-79 home win that knocked No. 12 Oklahoma from the ranks of the unbeaten in the SEC opener for both teams on Saturday in Tuscaloosa,
