GREEN BAY — As good as the news was that quarterback Jordan Love was able to fully participate in Thursday’s in-pads practice at Clarke Hinkle Field — and it was undeniably great news for the Green Bay Packers — the fact that rookie safety Evan Williams took part for a second straight day and appears good to go for Sunday had to be a close second.
