Baltimore police are looking for a woman in connection to a road rage incident involving a biker. Just ask a man, who we will only refer to as “Zack,” who was riding his e-bike this week at the intersection of Waterview Avenue and Hanover Street when they met for the first time.

The man was arrested on Tuesday morning at his home in Palmdale, where deputies discovered more than a dozen firearms, ammunition and a homemade explosive device.

FOX13 dug into the man's past and found that the alleged ax attack wasn't his first run-in with Memphis Police, records show.

The next thing he knew, a man was swinging an ax toward his vehicle. “It seemed more menacing as he got closer,” he explained. “He took a huge swing and knocked out the back window with one or two swings.
