The Black College Football Hall of Fame (BCFHOF) has announced the head coaches for the 2025 Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl will have a couple of new faces. The 2025 Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl will take place at Tulane University’s Yulman Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025.

After leading Jackson State to a national title head coach TC Taylor is back on the sidelines. JSU's head football coach will be a part of the HBCU Legacy Bowl in New Orleans in February. He will be a co-head coach alongside Alabama A&M's new head coach Sam Shade. They lead lead Team Robinson against Team Gaither in the HBCU Legacy Bowl.

Players from the CIAA and the MEAC will make up TEAM GAITHER. The team is named after legendary Florida A&M University football coach Jake Gaither. The head coaches are Chennis Berry (South Carolina State University) and Alvin Parker (Virginia Union University).
