Gringo Dog's, a popular Grand Rapids hot dog cart, planned a soft opening for its first drive-thru restaurant on Memorial Day, but the launch was delayed due to technical issues.

But they missed the hot dog carts of New York. And so, they built a cart of their own, and started selling dogs on Vence Beach, ... They set up their cart in front of the restaurant.
