Strategic Acquisition: DraftKings is in advanced talks to acquire Railbird Exchange, a CFTC-approved prediction market platform with designated contract market status. Regulatory Advantage: The acquisition would provide DraftKings immediate access to federal regulatory approval, joining fewer than 10 DCM-licensed exchanges in the United States.
