Nicaragua is headed back to the World Baseball Classic! After defeating Chinese Taipei, 6-0, to close out the round-robin on Sunday, Nicaragua finished the Taipei Qualifier undefeated and will advance as the first-place winner.

LSU baseball is set to play five games this week starting on Monday against Nicholls State. The matchup at Alex Box Stadium was originally scheduled to be played on April 8, but was moved to Monday after last Wednesday's game in Thibodaux between the two sides was postponed.
