"Abbott Elementary" is currently airing its fourth season Wednesdays on ABC, with new episodes streaming on Hulu the next day.

The network has ordered a fifth season of Abbott, the Emmy-winning comedy from creator and star Quinta Brunson. The renewal comes midway through the show’s fourth season, and on the heels of the show’s most-watched episode of the current season.

ABC is apparently taking those steps, as fans will be glad to hear that Abbott Elementary will not be one of the shows ending or canceled in 2025. The Emmy-winning comedy has officially been renewed for a fifth season,
