The emergence of cherry blossoms, magnolias and tulips makes the long winter worth it for Northeast Ohio residents.

Another blanket of snow is expected to fall in northern Ohio and central and southwest Ohio as we go into Wednesday and Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
