Fan voting narrowed the list of potential names to six but the U.S. Patent and Trademark office says some of them would create confusion with existing goods and services.

Utah Hockey Club fans will vote on three potential team names after the franchise had trademark issues with the initial choice.

Despite the best efforts to keep the team-name voting a concealed process, the three potential logos have been leaked online.
