Gweru City Council has turned down payment proposals by Regina Mundi High School to settle a $50 000 water bill, instead of the contested $150 000 which the school was billed by the local authority.

Tawanda Mupanemunda, 26, popularly known as DJ Mupsy of Mupsyville Entertainment, a Gweru based recording company, lured two girls to his apartment after performing at Regina Mundi High School.

Mr Mnguni said the bus was on its way from Bulawayo and bound for Regina Mundi High School. She said the bus was full of passengers but initial indications were that all the pupils escaped unhurt.
