Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 3 loaf pans (8 ½ inch x 4 ½ inch x 2 ½ inch size). Put raisins in a small sauce pan and add ½ cup red wine. Bring to a boil and stir to coat raisins.

You can make your favorite homemade chocolate cake recipe, but put some red wine in it too (maybe 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup). The alcohol will cook out, but the cake will be more moist than normal.
