Holland’s Tulip Time and Mackinac Island’s Lilac Festival have once again been nominated by USA Today’s expert panel. Last year they both earned a spot in the top of the reader’s choice list.

Tulip Time was named Best Flower Festival in America by USA Today in its "10 Best" series. The Lilac Festival on Mackinac Island came in second place. The results were determined by public vote.
