Greenville plans to sell City Hall to M. Peters Group to be redeveloped for $10 million Mayor Knox White said after the Bowater campus went under contract.

A deal with Greenville-based M Peters Group would add six stories to the 10-story City Hall tower which would be remade into a mix of condos and office space.
