This isn’t your average sugary fruit punch from a bottle. It’s a lighter, tangier version that gets its flavor from real fruit, fresh lime juice, and just a touch of honey or agave for balance.
Preparation: Brew tea in 2 cups boiling water in a teapot or measuring glass 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; discard. Add sugar to tea; stir to dissolve.
To make the punch, combine the water, ginger and cinnamon in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until well flavoured with the ginger and cinnamon.
