Nintendo Switch games can be expensive, but there are plenty of fun free-to-play games you can enjoy. Many of the Switch's best free games are iconic battle royales, including Fortnite and Apex Legends.

As for the Nintendo Switch 2, the console is larger than the current model, featuring a bigger screen and JoyCons. The JoyCons will reportedly utilise technology to eliminate stick drift, as well as magnets for connecting to the display.
