“Paper or plastic” will no longer be a choice at grocery store checkout lines in California under a new law signed Sunday by Gov. Gavin Newsom that bans all plastic shopping bags.
Trader Joe's is bringing back its popular miniature tote bags as a limited re-release. Selling for $2.99 with red, blue, green and yellow trim, the bite-sized bags measure 13 x 11 x 6 inches.
