Squire – officially headquartered in New York City and with employee hubs in Texas and Toronto – recently closed on a $60 million round of venture capital at a $750 million valuation.

As Squire Sanders continues its tie-up talks with another member of The Am Law 100, The American Lawyer's reporting shows that it posted a largely flat set of financial results for 2013.

Squire is now a 175-person company with a tech platform used by over 2,000 shops across three continents.
