Poyen, AR, 1934 - 2012 Charles Miller, age 78, of Poyen passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at HSC Medical Center. He was born May 14, 1934, in Poyen, the son of Harry and Chloe Walker Miller.

Today was a big deal in the small town of Poyen as the city unveiled a new welcome sign featuring hometown hero and country music star, Justin Moore.
