Tenable acquires Israel’s Vulcan Cyber in $150M-$180M deal
US data security company Tenable Holdings has announced that it is acquiring Israeli cybersecurity company Vulcan Cyber. The deal is due to close in the first quarter of 2025 and will be Tenable's third acquisition in Israel over the past five years.

Cybersecurity giant Tenable (NASDAQ:TENB) announced on Wednesday that it plans on acquiring exposure management company Vulcan Cyber. Tenable has agreed to buy Vulcan for roughly $150 million — $147 million in cash and $3 million in stock. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
