The Washington State Patrol is seeking witnesses and more information after a road-rage incident near Fife led to a shooting early Tuesday morning. The incident took place at about 7 a.m. on northbound I-5 near 54th Avenue East, according to a WSP news release.

Deland Police arrested 22-year-old Daniel Duarte on two counts of aggravated assault and firing a gun into a vehicle, among other charges. Police said it appears another driver honked at Duarte who responded by firing rounds at his vehicle.
