High-speed police chases can be incredibly dangerous for everyone on the road. Naturally, this is why many states around the country are taking steps to either limit or ban them outright. Recently, police were trying to pull over a car theft suspect for a traffic stop when the OnStar service stepped in and aided in the process.

A Santa Rosa man accused of firing a handgun while being chased by police during an armed robbery and carjacking investigation is scheduled to enter a plea later this month when he returns to Sonoma County Superior Court.

SAN ANTONIO — A police chase spanning across San Antonio finally came to an end on the north side with multiple people detained, according to police. Police say this all started after midnight early Friday on the south side in connection to a burglary call. They then started following the suspect vehicle.
