Mick Jagger and his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick made a rare public appearance together on March 1, stepping out to attend Chanel and Charles Finch’s annual pre-Oscars dinner, where they posed for photos and mingled with stars.

Jagger, 81, and Hamrick, 37, posed for photos together at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The Rolling Stones frontman wore a pink bomber jacket over a gray shirt and a pair of blue slacks. He was seen hanging around with a variety of stars at the event, including Colman Domingo and Adrien Brody, both of whom are nominated for Oscars.

The 97th Academy Awards kicked off with a special Wizard of Oz medley by Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, while the late Gene Hackman received a tribute by his friend Morgan Freeman.
