A son of Sinaloa drug cartel kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera pleaded guilty Friday to federal drug-trafficking charges and agreed to cooperate with US prosecutors by testifying against other defendants.

El Chapo's son, Ovidio Guzman Lopez, pleaded guilty to running the Sinaloa Cartel and coordinating massive shipments of fentanyl, heroin and cocaine to the United States.
