McFadden led the team in total tackles (107) and solos (60) but missed three games due to injuries. Okereke missed the Giants' final five games of 2024 with a herniated disc in his back. Both are said to be on track for training camp and could both be poised for big seasons in 2025.

Darius Slayton has probably been under-appreciated for most of his six-year career with the Giants. Slayton has averaged 41.2 receptions, 649.5 yards, 15.0 yards per catch and 3.5 touchdowns. He has had four seasons of at least 700 receiving yards.
