The place is in the heart of downtown Mexico. Their website has a map. I can't link to it in a reply, but if you Google the club click on "contacto" In terms of whether it is open on Sundays, my understanding is that this is an event-based venue. So it's more like a concert venue than a normal jazz club that's open every night. They generally do not have shows on Sunday nights. You can see which bands are playing when on their event calendar on their site. Click on "Cartelera" for the calendar.
