Smaller than you think but very charming place. Extra fee for some rooms but not too expensive. Lots of shops, cafes in area.Full review by cat564

May have been a better experience on a quieter day, just too busy to see everything. This is such a unique place and well worth a visit if you look beyond the Dracula theme.Full review by freqworld_traveller

Have no idea. We went late in the day and there was no lineup. Everything moved smoothly. That was in September so there may be lineups in the busy summer months.

October will be colder I assumed if you will to enter the last quarter of the year the winter season is approaching. i dont remember if there were plenty to sit from the entrance to the castle. however there are benches visible. you may bring if you wish thus wont be necessary. The entrance ramp is manageable not to steep just wear very comfortable shoes not slippery ones and have fun.
