Yes to both questions about taxis. They will be waiting on both ends. Keep in mind taxis are shared ride vans and are per person each way. Sapphire has a beach bar that does lunch / drinks and a coffee shop. You may also get live music depending on the day. You can Google "sapphire beach bar" and should be able to find their website with menu etc.
How much are beach chair rentals? Is there snorkel gear for rental?

Thank you so much! We are visiting one day on a cruise in March. Because if that is the case there are other other beaches, we dont have to snorkel at. That’ll be less crowded
