Hi, I bought tickets through realalcazarsevilla website as I thought this was the official website. I received an email text message and WhatsApp asking for details of everyone including passport numbers, age etc. I did this and then received the tickets via email. I downloaded my tickets that have a QR code on them. There’s also a link to the audio guide and an access code. I downloaded the Artymax app and it doesn’t do anything it’s just a white blank page. I was charged €36.50 per ticket but on the ticket I received it shows €15.50 as the price. I have seen a lot of bad reviews with anything to do with walker tours, will these tickets allow me access? I don’t want to have bought bogus tickets and I’m a bit concerned now. Thanks
